My goal refection....

My goals for this year were…
Social: Become a better friend
Language Arts: become a better writer
Math: listen to the teacher more to succeed and get an A or B.
Social Studies: Try harder
Other: try harder and not fool around
The goals I achieved were Social, Social studies, and Language arts.
But the goals I need to work on in 8th grade are, Math, and Other.
One way I can Archive my goals that I need to work on is actually trying because I will be going to high school and I need my talents to be successful. (:

How to survive 7th Grade......

There are a lot of things you need to know before entering 7th grade. Well first, be organize and responsible. Second Always Be Yourself. That is the most important thing you can do to have a good year. You are probably thinking Oh, I've heard this hundreds of times... but it doesn't mean you won't do it! Many kids get in huge problems when they don't be themselves. Sometimes people think that they can just pretend to be someone they're not, the thing is if you have ever tried that, you will know that if someone finds out that you aren't who you say you are, everyone soon knows, and its very embarrassing!
Always have a small close group of best friends. In that close group of friends, you know you will be able to share everything with them. You will know that a silly little fight won’t ruin your friendships. Hang with each other through thick and thin. If you need to take a break from them (because of a fight, or you just need some chill time), you have other friends who you can be with.
Don't let your Social Life ruin your Academic Life. Too many kids always get too involved with friends or even boys at school, and forget the reason why they are at school, to learn! They get in big fights, and they start to think school as a place for friends to mingle.
Don't be too concerned with what other people think of you. If you try too hard to be popular, all of the preppy snobs who think everyone loves will just laugh at you, and you will be set back even further.
If you care about what people think, don’t change yourself. Take a deep breath and stride into school. Be who you are. Smile. Joke. Play. Laugh. If you're you, you will be liked.
Have fun! Be crazy and weird! You only have one life to live... so live it, and live it good. Make use of every moment you have and be adventurous, happy, and that person that everyone wants to be around because they're so much fun!! Be inspired!
When you hit 7th grade you will be looking fwd to go in 8th grade because you will be the “Head of school” and everyone will know who you are especially the little kids. CPR is very exciting because Ms.Szabo if you play ‘Is this seat taken’ she plays hard core, you might fall down but it fun.

Dear Mom...

 Silao, Mexico

Dear Mom,
Hello Mom I meet some friends and they are pretty cool. Their names are Julio and Miguel. Julio is my age and Miguel is a little bit older than I am. I haven’t really been in a lot of danger except how I feel off of a train and split my head open but I am okay, I got stitches on my head. You know how I told you about Rico leaving? Well I meet up with Rico at the soup kitchen and Rico and I was catching up with things like:
·       How was our travel before we meet up with each other,
·       Strategy’s that we used,
And
·       What Path we took.
It was a crazy travel for me. I never thought I would have done this but I needed to for you, my sisters and especially for Chuy. Enough about me, I have some questions about you and the family.
Well do you still have the goat and the chicken’s mom?
How are my siblings?  How are you Mom?
That’s all the questions I have right now but I will hopefully get a job and bring some pesos home for you guys.

Love,
Your Son Victor
I Will Miss You, Chuy and my sisters too!

What's In My Room?

When I was cleaning my room, I discovered this raunchy, moldy substance and I didn’t know what it was. So I took it upon my self to go to school and take it to the science lab.
I brought the substance to my science teacher and she said “Let’s go check it out!” I followed her into the room with all of the mitrarials that we use in school. She took the microscope out and looks into it and noticed that there was hair on it. So she told me to take a look and I did. What I observed was hair on it and it looked slimy. I found some globes in the room, and I took one so I can touch the substance. And I did. “YUCK!” I yelled. My teacher told me let the substance stay over night. So I did. The next day I went to school and my teacher said “I’ve been researching this and I found out what it was.” I screamed “OMG! Cool. What is it.?” She announced that it was pudding! “Ewww, I remember eating that, It was last Saturday and I couldn’t finnishmy pudding so I throw it on the ground”.
